The iPettie customer service is excellent. A replacement pump was shipped out to me immediately. The rep followed up with me several days later to ensure the replacement worked as expected and if I needed anything else. The level of service was very much appreciated.

I had to replace the pump after two years of use. It was a better deal to replace the pump than buy a new one. iPettie was prompt with getting this out to me. My kitty was very happy his fountain was working again.

I had the fountain for almost a year and the pump stopped working. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded. A new replacement pump was sent right away. Works great and my cat is happy!
