Very helpful to keep food time consistent. WiFi record and plan is very helpful.
I purchased this unit to feed our two cats while we were away on vacation. We have a neighbor that will come in a check on them throughout the week but we wanted to make sure that they were being fed on time (yes they are seriously spoiled!). I have put this into operation for about 10 days now and it is performing as I needed it to. It took me a little time determining how to program it. Now that I have, it's super simple. It was a great value for what I needed
It worked perfectly for 6 months. Then a red light started flashing and no food comes out. I had to go back to do it manually.
Broke in less than one year. Definitely would not buy another product from this company.
I love my feeder! It has helped my cats loose weight to a healthy level. When I had issues with the unit, customer service was very responsive!
