I have 4 cats and they absolutely love these fountains. One just wasn’t enough. They will not drink from anything else. I love that the water is recycled through the filter which catches any hair or debris and keeps the water clean. I did have a problem with one of the fountains not keeping a charge, customer service was absolutely wonderful, they even sent me a new fountain free of charge. This was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had. Professional, friendly, helpful, great with keeping me informed. I’m still using the fountain that doesn’t hold a charge until it decides to stop working altogether. I would love to upgrade to the stainless steel fountains, but will have to wait on these to no longer work.
